How do I have friends.
im really good with identifying plants, animals and insects. im working on adding fungi to the list, and have found out that there are a shit ton of mushrooms i see a lot that are edible. and its so cool. so this summer i plan on hiking and finding edibles, particularly hen of the forest, agaricus and tree oysters. and in the fall i will sautee them with acorns. its so interesting and im actually a little excited.

I decided to be an asshole on msparp, and use the shitty Spongebob thing where Patrick goes “I guess you’re going to miss the panty raid”, but as Karkat. Shut up, my sense of humor is shitty.
The first person I get is a Kanaya. Sadly, I don’t have a screenshot; but the conversation went as expected with me leaving immediately and being a huge OOC doucheface.

No, I believe in ghosts. I’ve lived in haunted houses most of my life, and I seem to be able to sense them. I’ve also been able to read minds most of my life. It’s weird. I can’t make sense of facial expressions or social cues, but I can read minds? Lorraine and I were discussing what we can do to make sure no spirits ever get into our new apartment, since the last place was haunted. And then I wondered if anyone on this blog had ever lived in a haunted house, or seen a ghost. Just curious.
Oh, well you could always smudge it? I’ve never used a smudge stick; but I have used bay leaves, sage and dragon’s blood. They also hate bay leaves, but the smoke won’t keep powerful evil spirits away for very long. I’ve also had a lot of luck with salt blessings (but I don’t think those’d work if you weren’t a Wiccan). One thing I have heard about that I’ve never actually tried is leaving a small glass of red wine on the window sill. I know a girl who used to live in Okinawa, and it’s a folk trick there to keep evil spirits away.
